That imagination can become a reality for you if you take the next step and come and work for CanaDream. We invite our Guests to “Experience Canada at their own pace” and create memories to share with family and friends.
Our cast members work hard and have fun at the same time. We offer competitive wages, benefits and comprehensive training.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Product Advisors who are guest service ambassadors and eager to deliver Wow to our Guests, Customers and Co-workers every chance they get. We are looking for candidates who think “Yes” first and are passionately accountable and resourceful at accomplishing tasks in a confident, humble and trustworthy way.
We have a proven sales approach that builds lifelong relationships with our customers and results in a high level of repeat business, referrals and on-going sustainable personal income growth.
If you can SURRENDER TO AND EMBRACE OUR sales process and do what is expected of you, you will realistically earn a six figure annual income. This is not a high pressure sales position. We don't sell, we help people buy. You will need high levels of energy, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to your clients.
CanaDream Product Advisors earn their income based on the revenues they generate from their product sales AND from the sales of finance, extended warranty and insurance products.
The successful candidate must have a strong history and track record in the sales field. RV knowledge is not essential as we will train and provide all the product knowledge necessary.
Computer literacy is essential in order to work with our CRM programs, and to develop and place your own product advertisements across a variety of web advertising sites.
You will need a Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia license or be willing/capable of obtaining one in order to meet government regulations and standards for the industry.
If you would enjoy working in a company that values integrity, truth, and ongoing self-improvement, we would love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and cover letter to Racquel Daley at email@example.com. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. We wish to thank all applicants for their interest and effort in applying for this position; however, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
