To make sure your application gets to the right person, it's best to first apply to a specific role by submitting your resume to the email that is provided on the career page or the job posting on the job portal. Someone from the HR department will then contact you if your profile is assessed as a potential fit for the role.
We accept and review resumes that are sent when applying to a specific vacancy on our Careers  section and also resumes submitted via employment@canadream.com.
Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to personally respond to each one every time. If you meet the job profile requirements, you will be contacted directly by someone from the HR department for an interview.
The process will differ from role to role. After we receive your application, we’ll analyze your profile to measure your match against the role profile. You’ll then be contacted by someone from the HR department. The next phase, will include telephone interviews and if you excel, interviews with the appropriate hiring manager. It is worth noting that we’ll be looking at your potential fit with our culture as well as exploring your achievements and motivations.
 
We would be very happy to consider your application again: to show your interest in a specific role and make sure your profile is considered, submit a separate application for each role you are interested in via our Careers section.
